In the era of big data, privacy concerns have emerged as a critical issue, especially regarding the secure processing and transmission of sensitive information. Blockchain technology, with its inherent characteristics of decentralization, immutability, and transparency, offers promising solutions to address these privacy concerns. This paper explores the integration of blockchain with big data ecosystems, focusing on its potential to enhance privacy in securing data transactions. It examines blockchain's role in protecting data integrity, ensuring confidentiality, and enabling secure access control. The paper also discusses the challenges and future directions in implementing blockchain-based privacy solutions for big data systems, including scalability, regulatory compliance, and user trust.
